Director of Talent Operations
Position Overview
The Director of Talent Operations is a senior leadership role within HypeHR, with full hands-on ownership of the recruitment delivery engine. The Director of Talent Operations is tasked with the responsibility of constructing and managing the entire operational framework of our recruitment and talent delivery business, and scaling the team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on execution. This individual will design, implement, and own the recruitment delivery pipeline end-to-end, ensuring excellence across sourcing, screening, candidate management, client coordination, and internal team execution. The Director of Talent Operations will also oversee internal coordination of contracts, invoicing, documentation, and communication across all clients and candidates.
You will lead from the front—personally vetting candidates, qualifying roles with clients, coordinating contracts and NDAs, chasing invoices, and ensuring top-notch delivery across every touchpoint.
Reporting directly to the Group CEO, this role will act as the operational counterpart to our Chief Partnerships Officer, turning warm leads and opportunities into structured, revenue-generating placements.
This is a foundational role in HypeHR’s growth; a roll-up-your-sleeves, high-accountability role with significant autonomy, and direct strategic input into the future of the business.
