With a combined total of 35 years in recruitment, Eddie and Edgars bring a wealth of experience to HYPE-HR, having successfully managed recruiting agencies in the past. We have come together to launch HYPE-HR a recruitment agency aiming at Adult, Dating & igaming Industry.
I'm excited to step into the role of Director of Talent at Hype HR, bringing over 17 years of experience in talent acquisition and people strategy. Throughout my career, I’ve led global recruitment initiatives, enhanced employer branding, and optimized candidate experiences—all with a focus on building high-performing teams and scaling businesses.
My background spans the iGaming, tech, and digital industries, and I bring a deep understanding of recruitment landscapes across Europe, Eastern Europe, North America, and Latin America. I’m passionate about driving growth through strategic hiring, data-led decision-making, and cultivating strong, lasting professional relationships both with clients and candidates
With over 15 years of experience in recruitment and HR, I’ve dedicated my career to building and enhancing People & Culture functions within diverse organizations, ranging from large corporates to innovative start-ups. My expertise lies in areas such as learning & development, reporting, and metrics, but my true passion is creating employee-centered environments where people can thrive.
Having spent the past 6 years working remotely, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams across various countries, including the UK, France, Latvia, Poland, and Estonia. This global exposure has enriched my approach to HR, allowing me to bring fresh perspectives to each new challenge. I believe HR is about more than just processes—it's about making meaningful connections, understanding individual journeys, and aligning personal growth with business goals.
