I began my career at Cendant, a Fortune 500 consumer marketing company, before helping Silicon Valley startups like GetSmart and Knowledge First scale their marketing teams. In 2010, I founded Hot Jobs Alert to serve the hiring needs of Adult and Dating companies worldwide.
For over 15 years, I’ve specialized in these industries, building strong relationships with key players and staying current through global conferences and events. Based in Chicago, I share my home with two rescue pups and stay active in the community through volunteering, softball, and pickleball.
With 19 years in recruitment, I’ve led large-scale temp operations in the UK and built a successful engineering recruitment company in the Netherlands. My focus has always been on efficiency, candidate experience, and quality results.
