With a combined total of 35 years in recruitment, Eddie and Edgars bring a wealth of experience to HYPE-HR, having successfully managed recruiting agencies in the past. We have come together to launch HYPE-HR a recruitment agency aiming at Adult, Dating & igaming Industry.

My professional journey includes roles at Cendant, a Fortune 500 Consumer marketing company, where I was part of the management team for their online membership programs. Subsequently, I contributed to the growth of startups in Silicon Valley like GetSmart and Knowledge First by establishing and leading their marketing teams as well.


Drawing on my recruiting background, I founded Hot Jobs Alert in 2010 to cater to the hiring needs of organizations in the Adult and Dating sector, ranging from small startups to established online companies globally.


Over the 15 years, I have specialized in these industries, fostering relationships with key players and staying updated on industry trends through active participation in global conferences and events.


Based in Chicago, Illinois, I share my home with 2 rescued pups and dedicate time to volunteering in the local community. In my leisure, I engage in local softball and pickleball leagues, finding joy in both recreation and giving back.
