I began my career at Cendant, a Fortune 500 consumer marketing company, before helping Silicon Valley startups like GetSmart and Knowledge First scale their marketing teams. In 2010, I founded Hot Jobs Alert to serve the hiring needs of Adult and Dating companies worldwide.

For over 15 years, I’ve specialized in these industries, building strong relationships with key players and staying current through global conferences and events. Based in Chicago, I share my home with two rescue pups and stay active in the community through volunteering, softball, and pickleball.

Drake specializes in non-verbal communication, door greeting, and maintaining office energy with tail wags and zoomies. His approach to workplace wellness has measurably lifted staff morale and reduced stress across the team.
